THE Stawell Amateur Athletic Club has resumed its free Monday night training sessions for runners of all ages and abilities. The sessions are at Stawell’s Central Park.

The sessions start at 6pm and run for 45 to 50 minutes.
Club president Keith Lofthouse said sessions were designed to improve fitness and stamina for participants in all sports and for anybody who wanted to lose some weight.
Lofthouse said participants only needed to exercise at their own pace.
