Grampians Olive Co has been exhibiting at the field days since 2009.
Owner Greg Mathews said the field days was a good opportunity to see a lot of people.
“We have a lot of repeat customers, but we also get some new people as well who haven’t tried our products before,” he said.
“It’s always a good few days.”
The Laharum business will take a range of products to the Wimmera Machinery Field Days, which will all be available for tasting.
“We will have our organic oils, including our gold medal oil, along with our infused oils, vinegar and olives,” Mr Mathews said.
“We will also have gift packs available as well.”
The grove’s 2016 harvest signature organic oil won a gold medal at the Australian National Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition.
“We are looking forward to the event, it should be a great three days,” Mr Mathew said.
“Hopefully it’s not too hot, but in the Country Gourmet Pavilion it is usually nice and cool.
Mr Mathews said the grove had had a great growing season after a wet year.
“The rain didn’t do it for everyone, but we’ve ended up with a really good crop,” he said.
Mr Mathews said the grove should start to harvest the olives in May.
