The Horsham export is in his first season as captain of the club and has continued to lift his game this season after an injury setback mid-season saw him miss nearly two full months.
Despite coach Joey Wright having told his players to avoid speaking to the media in the lead up to the game Creek said the team was looking forward to the game.
“We’re confident heading in,” he said.
After the first two games were split between the two sides, the winner of the match will progress to the grand final series to take on defending champions the Perth Wildcats.
Adelaide won the first game of the series 93-78 on Thursday night last week before going down to the Hawks 100-94 on the road on Sunday.
If Adelaide win it will be the second time Creek has played in the grand final series after the side went down to the Wildcats in the 2013-2014 season.
The game tips-off in Adelaide at 8.30pm AEDT.
