The side sits twelve points outside the top four after it completed a win against the Saints on Saturday.
The Tigers’ side needed 146 with nine wickets in hand at the start of the second day on the Dimboola Road oval.
Missed opportunities early in the day proved costly for the Saints as Jung chased the runs down without too much hassle.
Captain Brad Sproule made up for a earlier drop off the bowling of Ayden Roberts when he picked up the first wicket of Dale Dridan not long after the start of play, but it was Grant McRae who drove Jung to victory.
He put on a 38-run partnership with Patrick Laffy, 30, and then combined with Jeremy Pietsch for a further 74-run partnership.
Trent King eventually dismissed him for 61 but the damage had already been done and Pietsch guided the side over the in before finishing unbeaten on 71.
A convincing win by the Bullants against Rup-Minyip at Rupanyup ensured it could not fall out of the top four with one round to play in the season.
After piling on 206 runs on day one the Bullants side rolled Rup-Minyip for 69 in the 33rd over of its innings.
No Rup-Minyip batsman passed the 20-run mark as Jordan McDonald and Brendan Wills cut the side to pieces. McDonald finished with figures of 4-7 off his seven overs and Wills managed 3-30 off his 13 overs.
Bullants went in to bat a second time to finish the day.
After eight overs the match was called off as the Bullants finished 2-45.
The final match of the round had already been decided in Lubekc-Murtoa’s favour before the start of the second day’s play.
The Colts side had slumped to its first loss of the season and faced a potential outright loss.
Strong lower-order batting allowed Lubeck-Murtoa to move from 8-140 at the start of play to 9-223 before Colts went into bat a second time.
Craig Wilson finished 40 not out for the Colts while Hamish Gawith managed 39 runs batting at ten.
Colts batted out 20 overs to finish the day with Darren Madin making 35 as the side finished 1-84.
