The two sides took to the turf on Saturday at one with Colts winning the toss and opting to bat first.
The Colts put a decent score on the board making 198.
Darren Madin and Nathan Keel was the opening pair for the Colts with Madin making 15 and Keel making just five.
Josh Colbert was up next and was the most outstanding individual for the side.
Colbert made 71.
Nathan Koenig and Brad Millar were notable batsmen making 23 and 22 respectively.
Dylan Arnott was next in line but failed to make an impact going out for a duck.
Dean Arnott wasn’t much better making just two.
Liam Jakobi was next in line and made 22 for the Colts.
Marc Thomas was one of the final Colts at bat and made 11.
The Saints exhibited a dominant display with the ball in hand with Ayden Roberts taking six wickets.
Ben Tait continued his bowling form and took two wickets.
Haydn Smith and Bradley Sproule took one wicket each.
The Saints will resume batting after being at the crease for two overs with Damian Bryan and Tait not out.
