The side has been training three nights a week since January and has been having strong numbers.
The side will kick off its 2017 campaign at Brown Hill in Ballarat against North Ballarat United.
United ended 2016 with nine points to its name recording one win, three draws and 15 losses.
United has recruited well in the off season with a strong contingent of National Premier League division two Ballarat City players moving across.
The Falcons will then take on league champions of 2016 Bunninyong in round two on April 9.
Horsham’s outfit has been given some set-backs in the pre-season with new recruit and central defender Dar Dar Ferreira fracturing his ankle on March 10.
Ferreira will not be available for the side until round seven when the Falcons take on runners-up to the minor premiership and 2016 cup winners Daylesford.
