Horsham Police seek information on vehicle in Toolondo

HORSHAM police are seeking public information and warning residents in remote areas to be vigilant and secure their homes after a burglary in Toolondo. 

On their Eyewatch facebook page, police said a small white vehicle was spotted in the Toolondo area last Thursday. 

They said the driver was an unshaven man, aged between 50 and 60, with fair hair. 

He was allegedly accompanied by a female in dark clothing aged between 50 and 50, and possibly a third person. 

Police said the couple attended an address asking for the nearest place fuel could be purchased. 

The couple were believed to be headed in the direction of Harrow or Balmoral and spoke with a European accent.

Police said at the same time a burglary was committed in the area and a number of rings were stolen from a house.
