Just one player in the Horsham District Football League, Noradjuha-Quantong’s Jason Kerr, collected a maximum of nine votes.
Dimboola’s Kieran Ellis was the only player to collect maximum votes in the Wimmera Football League.
This means Kerr jumps above Todd Heynen and Ellis takes an early lead.
