D.A.M Farming defeated Ricksteel in game one 20-14. After a close first half D.A.M ran away with the game with Libby Blackmore stepping up and scoring four points to help her team to victory. Liesa Iezekel also scored four points for Ricksteel.
Game two was separated by three points between Sneek-A-Peek and Fosters Mens and Ladies Wear with Sneek-A-Peek narrowly taking the win after a great first half. Jasinta Britten played a consistent game for Sneek-A-Peek, scoring four points in each half which put her on the top of the scores for the day. Fosters Mens and Ladies Wear top scorer for the day was Erin Freeland, contributing 8 points for her team.
Next week’s game one will see The Great Western Shoppe take on Sneek-A-Peek and Fosters Mens and Ladies Wear will play Ricksteel Fabrications. D.A.M. Farming will have the bye.
