HORSHAM and Dimboola Police have arrested a man on cannabis trafficking charges as a result of a search warrant.

Horsham Police Sergeant Jason Bergen said officers executed a search warrant on a Dimboola address on Thursday.
“Police executed a search warrant pursuant to the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act,” Sgt Bergen said.
“Police found a quantity of cannabis and cash.”
A 37-year-old Dimboola man was arrested and remanded in custody in Horsham.
“He is due to appear before Horsham Magistrates Court to see whether he will get bail or not,” Sgt Bergen said.
“He has been charged with trafficking but the amount of cannabis is not huge.”
As of 3.30pm Friday, the accused was present at Horsham Magistrates Court for a bail hearing.
