There was queues at Horsham Toyworld on Tuesday afternoon, with parents and children lining up to get their hands on the toy.
Fidget Spinners are made from metal or plastic and quickly spin when they are held in the centre.
Horsham Toyworld and Just Juniors owners Angela and David Ballinger said people were lining up at the counter before new stock had arrived at the store.
“We got some in last week – we were just dipping our toe in the market and we sold out in a couple of hours,” Mrs Ballinger said.
“People are scrambling to get more stock and because we are geographically isolated, it’s been difficult.”
Mrs Ballinger said new stock had to be flown in.
The pair were in Melbourne on Tuesday for meetings when they heard their order had landed.
They went straight to the airport and picked up the new stock.
“It was only a fraction of what we ordered though because suppliers can’t keep up with the demand,” Mr Ballinger said.
The new stock arrived at the Horsham shop in the afternoon and word soon spread that Fidget Spinners were back.
“There were people waiting at the counter for us,” Mrs Ballinger said.
Mr Ballinger said they would probably sell out by the end of the day.
“We don’t know when the next order will come in,” he said.
Logan Henskes, 6, bought a Fidget Spinner on Tuesday.
He said you hold them and they spin.
“My friends have them and it made me want to get one,” he said.
Siblings Ava Jackson, 8, and Callum Jackson, 7, also had fun playing with their new spinners.
“They are really fun and our friends have them at school,” Ava said.
Callum said they were really popular.
He said you could spin Fidget Spinners on your nose or knee, as well as your finger.
