The game will be played out in Bordertown and coach Nick Murphy said he was looking forward to the contest.
“Bordertown gave a solid effort against Mundulla at the weekend and it looked like one quarter really let them down,” he said.
“It should be a good game.”
Murphy said the Roosters would be hungry to collect their first points of the season.
“We will just try and concentrate on our game and our processes,” Murphy said.
The Cougars have been focusing on being able to play four strong quarters of football.
“We have also been focusing on our one touch at the football,” he said.
Meanwhile, Border Districts could be in for a rude awakening when it takes on Padthaway.
Border Districts will host Padthaway at Goroke at 2.10pm on Saturday.
