The training squad was reduced to 15 players after an announcement on Tuesday.
Bibby is one of 11 players who retained their place in the squad after last year’s Oceania Championships win.
The squad will come together for a selection camp from July 4 to 7.
After the camp the final 12 players squad for the World Championships will be announced.
