It has been a slow start to the year from the cellar dwellers, with the side scoring just 99 points across five rounds.
The Tigers knew they would be going through a rebuilding period in 2017 and coach Josh Beddison said the team has been improving on one area of their game at a time.
Beddison said his focus was for long-term improvement and development rather than being a title-contending team in 2017.
Jeparit-Rainbow have had a steady start to the season, collecting an important four points when facing Laharum in round four.
The only game the side had lost was against the Southern Mallee Giants in round one, but it hasn’t looked back.
Storm coaches Ash Clugston and Luke Murphy have implemented a new style of play which has been becoming more and more clear.
It will continue to improve on its style and this game will be a perfect opportunity to try it out with different members of the side.
Tiger Liam Jakobi will be a player to watch come Saturday. Jakobi has consistently featured among the best players.
