Great Western v Glenthompson-Dunkeld

THE Lions will be at home for its round five clash against Glenthompson-Dunkeld.

The players should be fresh after a week off due to the interleague match-up last weekend.

The Lions and Rams each have one win to their name this match is a good opportunity to snare a second.

Ararat Eagles v Hawkesdale-Macarthur

FOR the second round in a row, the Ararat Eagles side will go into its match confident of getting the points when it faces Hawkesdale-Macarthur.

The Eagles were on the winners list in round four against Caramut. The match against Hawkesdale-Macarthur is a chance for the side to win consecutive matches for the first time in more than four years. The Eagles have shown they can match it with the better teams for short periods, but the test will be to sustain the effort for longer periods of matches. The Eagles could move to seventh with a win.
