The Dragons will be looking to bounce back after a 23-point loss to the Murray Bushrangers last week.
The Dragons sit in fourth placed while the Rebels sit in sixth.
Inclusions for the Rebels will be Jacob Lohmann of Lake Wendouree after missing last week due to injury, Josh Chatfield of Koroit who is returning after being out for several weeks due to a lower back injury and Naish McRoberts of Stawell who will return due to the 19-year-old rotation system.
