Laharum came away with a 14-point victory when it was down by 19 points in the third quarter.
The final scoreboard read Laharum 13.13 (91) Kalkee 11.11 (77).
The Kees came out of the gates with all guns blazing and gained a 22-point lead after the first quarter.
The Mountain Men managed one goal and one behind.
Laharum had a strong second quarter and won the term 4.0 to Kalkee 2.2.
At half-time the Kees led 6.7 (43) to 5.1 (31).
It was an even third term but Kalkee came out on top and went into the final quarter with 10.10 (70) to 8.3 (51).
After a disappointing final term, scoring just 1.1, Kalkee let slip a good chance to come away with an important four points.
