The side came out on top in a round-robin contest played out between two Horsham District Football Netball League teams and two Wimmera Football League teams.
Wimmera-Mallee football development manager Jason Muldoon said the annual carnival is an opportunity for him to start taking notes on players.
“We’ll give the players feedback on what they can work on and over the coming weeks we’ll sit down to pick an All-star team as well,” he said.
“The talent coming through in the region is certainly exciting.
“Hopefully we can continue to harness some of that well into the future.”
Each team played three games of 12 minute quarters throughout the day before the Wimmera White team came out on top.
Coach Brendan Bryan said his side gelled really well.
“Everyone got around each other and made sure we worked hard as a team,” he said.
“It was a well-run day, and it was good to see so many young footballers get an opportunity to play with other good footballers.”
The carnival has been held at Quantong for the past four seasons.
“They have great facilities out there and it easy for everyone to get to,” Muldoon said.
“It’s a big day for all the footballers.
“There were a few tired boys at the end of it.”
