After a $945,000 investment through the Commonwealth government’s National Stronger Regions Fund, Senator Nash said it was terrific to see works happening.
“To see the build that is happening around the expansion of the Ararat Arts Precinct is just fantastic,” she said.
“Dan Tehan has been a fantastic advocate for that project and to be able to see this refurbishment and build happening is terrific.”
Senator Nash said arts and culture played a crucial role to Ararat’s social fabric.
“One of the things in regional communities that is so important is the ability to have arts and culture as part of the social fabric,” she said.
“It is great to see that here.”
