Horsham Rural City Council is seeking community input about transforming the city centre.
Council has highlighted a number of projects that could help draw people into the city, while also providing economic, social, investment and safety benefits.
Council will host events throughout July where residents and business owners can have their say about the projects.
The consultation will start with a traders breakfast on Wednesday at the White Hart Hotel from 7.30am.
Community drop-in sessions will follow on Friday in Roberts Place from 11am to 1pm, and outside Horsham Post Office from 3pm to 5pm.
A third drop-in session will be on Saturday outside the Horsham NAB branch from 10am to noon.
Council will host community workshops on July 18. A time and venue are not confirmed.
