The Horsham District Football Netball League’s round 10 Blue Ribbon Spirit of Football Award winner is Jeparit Rainbow under 17 footballer Xavier Oakley.

Xavier has played all of his football at Jeparit Rainbow and this year graduated from the Under 14s.
He shows great ability as a pacy midfielder and has a tendency to move forward and kick goals for the team.
Xavier has also played some games in the reserves, playing in a couple of matches with his father Justin.
A very fair player, Xavier always makes the ball his main target. Jeparit Rainbow Football Netball Club congratulates Xavier on receiving the award.
Pimpinio player Charlotte Ball is the round 10 winner of the Blue Ribbon Spirit of Netball Award.
Charlotte is the captain of the 17 and under Pimpinio netball team and demonstrates excellent leadership qualities on and off the court.
Charlotte is a versatile player, who demonstrates drive and determination in any position.
In addition to captaining her team, Charlotte also plays in the senior C grade team. A reliable and well-liked team member, Charlotte gives 100 per cent at all times both at training and on game day.

The round nine winner of the Wimmera Football League’s Spirit of Football Award is Stawell Warriors under 17 footballer Riley Ika.
Riley is enjoying his first year of playing Under 17s football.
Riley has played very well this season and always plays the game in the right spirit.
Developing great ball skills, Riley reads the ball incredibly well during a game.
He loves training and especially the 400-metre time trials.
Riley always provides the playing group with a good laugh as a result of his wicked sense of humour and cheeky smile.
