Horsham Rural City Council posted a notice on its Facebook page on Wednesday night to say the part of the street immediately east of Urquhart Street would be closed to traffic from 7.30am to 10.30am.
The closure will not affect traffic in Urquhart Street.
Council has apologised for any inconvenience.
