Headlining the showcase is Luke Heggie.
Heggie’s no-nonsense brand of comedy has made him one of the most in-demand comics in Australia.
Heggie rose to fame in 2010 following his win at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
He has since performed on the opening night of the Allstars Supershow at Melbourne International Comedy Festival, and in his own show Anythink is Possible.
Also hitting the road are a line-up of 2017 Sydney Comedy Festival’s funniest comedians including Greg Sullivan, Daniel Connell and Amanda Gray.
Bart Freebairn will host the night. Sydney Comedy Festival Showcase will run at the Wesley Performing Arts Centre on Saturday, September 23 from 8pm.
