MITCH Creek’s National Basketball Association Summer League campaign with the Utah Jazz came to an end in Las Vegas in on Saturday.
His best performance came in his final game when he connected on five of his six field goal attempts to finish with 10 points and six rebounds from 16 minutes of playing time.

“Getting that first call from your agent letting you know you’ve been asked to play for an actual summer league team, I had a smile from ear-to ear” he said. “I never thought I’d be here, I had everyone doubting me. I still had people saying I can’t do it but at the end of the day they’re sitting on a couch behind a keyboard and I was out here running up and down.”
Creek played one game in the Utah Summer League before recording an average of 13 minutes in four appearances in LA.
He averaged 5.5 points, 2.8 rebounds and 0.5 assists per outing.
