The Saints will travel to Quantong to face Noradjuha-Quantong in round 12 of the Horsham District league on Saturday.
“We need to focus on playing our best football and then we will think about finals,” Rowe said.
“Last game we identified our tackling pressure and being first to the footy are things we must focus on.”
Rowe said his side would look to get a strong start.
“They have a young team and young teams tend to not go away easily. If we get a good start, it will help us in the long run,” he said.
“I expect them to come out hard, early.
“Noradjuha-Quantong has improved and we will try and shut down their run.”
Three senior players – in Sean Butler, Josh Clissold and Bernard Kealy – will return for the fixture.
Kealy has been injured for five weeks.
“We’ve given a lot of games to younger guys, which has been great for their development,” Rowe said.
The Saints were waiting to confirm whether its senior side would include nine family members on Saturday.
Bombers coach Heath Francis believes his side has what it takes to cause an upset.
“It will be tough but I feel like we’ve improved a lot since round one. We’re confident,” he said.
“Edenhope-Apsley is one of those teams in the middle bracket – a bracket we think we can be part of. We feel pretty good and we are definitely capable of getting a win.”
Francis said Dustin Cross, a player who was on holidays for the start of the season, was the side’s spiritual leader.
“He inspires a lot of guys. We’re definitely glad he’s back,” he said.
“We will also welcome back Cam Bruce. This should be the strongest team we have fielded all year. We are quite optimistic.”
Francis said he believed the Bombers’ midfield could match the Saints.
“I think we are capable of causing upsets and we are all looking forward to the challenge,” he said.
