Pimpinio is without a win in the 2017 season and sits 12th on the ladder, behind Taylors Lake.
In round one the Mountain Men managed a gigantic 121-point win against the Tigers and the side seems to have found its rhythm at the right time.
Pimpinio coach Josh Beddison said his side had been working on the basics of the game and he had been working on personal goals to improve the side for seasons to come.
“It’s no secret we are struggling this year but we are looking at it in a development light,” he said.
Pimpinio has several key players who have been showing they have more than enough quality such as tall midfielder Liam Jakobi, marksman Dylan Bushby and live-wire Daniel Baker.
Laharum has hit new highs and the side’s young line-up looks good for the club’s future.
The side has a litter of talent with young co-coaches Todd Heynen and Robbie Miller leading the pack.
Saturday’s game should be fast. Laharum will boast tireless run through the centre with the help of on-field leaders Tom Crawford and Angus Martin.
