When I finished school, I began working in the shearing sheds as a roustabout and then became a wool classer. I first heard about Longy at the Lucindale Field Days and decided the college sounded like a good opportunity to study and further my knowledge and experience.

I am currently studying the Advanced Diploma of Agribusiness Management and the Diploma of Agronomy. I was a recipient of the Fox and Lillie Rural Scholarship and undertook two weeks Industry placement. Longy has been a great experience and a decision that I am glad I made. After I finish at Longerenong College I’d like to pursue a career in the wool industry or in agronomy.
