After a scare against the Roos earlier int he season the Burras were determined not to allow it to happen again on the way to the 26.16 (172) to 6.6 (42) win.
After a relatively tight first quarter the game opened up in the second. A 14-point lead for the away side turned into a margin of 54-points by half time as the Burras piled on 9.6 to 3.2.
The Burras were kept to 28 points in the third quarter before a final quarter onslaught. 10 goals to one saw the margin balloon from 74 points to 130.
Brayden Ison and Jae McGrath each kicked six goals in the win, while Matt Coleman also chipped in with five.
McGrath, Kade Petering and Sam Winfield were best on ground for Minyip-Murtoa. Jake Lehmann, Jayden Kuhne and Darcy Dubois were Dimboola’s best.
