Jason William Darrington appeared in Horsham Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday and pleaded guilty to the charge.
The court heard police stopped Darrington in Wilson Street, Horsham on July 3 and discovered Darrington’s driver’s licence had previously been disqualified for drink-driving in May.
He told police he didn’t know his licence was disqualified. He was convicted and fined $750.
