Kaniva-Leeor United v Keith

KANIVA-LEEOR United senior Colts will take on Keith in the Kowree-Naracoorte-Tatiara league grand final on Saturday. 

The game will be played at Frances with the first bounce set for 10.35am. 

This will be the first time a junior Cougar outfit has featured in a league grand final in 19 years. 

The Crows defeated Penola in the preliminary final to book their spot in the grand final. They won 16.16 (112) to 2.3 (15). 

Cougars coach Jason Gordon said the current squad had eight first-year players and they’re performances were what got the team over the line.

“There has been a lot of talk of our top six players and there is no doubt they are elite,” he said.

Mundulla v Lucindale

A Grade minor premiers Mundulla will take on Lucindale in the Kowree-Naracoorte-Tatiara league grand final. The game will be played at Frances at 2.10pm. 

Lucindale defeated Penola in the preliminary final.
