HORSHAM youngster Ella Officer has continued her fundraising efforts for children with cancer and illness with her latest project keeping her busy during the school holidays.

Ella said she wanted to use the holidays to do something creative while raise money for her cause.
“I wanted to do something crafty for my school holiday project,” she said.
“After getting some inspiration from Pinterest I came up with a design to make keyrings that I could sell.”
Ella made 14 keyrings, which she sold for $10 each. She said in less than 24 hours she sold all the keyrings and people were beginning to place orders.

“It’s great to have people helping me raise money to make a difference to children suffering from cancer or illness,” she said.
Community groups and clubs have also helped Ella in her fundraising efforts. She said the Horsham Saints Cricket Club donated $330 from their meat tray raffle at The Vic Hotel.
Ella said she has smashed her target of $1600 out of the park raising $3041.
