Families have been invited to show their items of war heritage to conservation experts, share their stories and get free advice on cleaning and care.
Grimwade Centre director Robyn Sloggett said the Antique Roadshow-inspired event was designed to help preserve Australia’s wartime history. She said Horsham had a long and proud military history.
“The roadshow will help Horsham families learn about their war memorabilia,” she said.
Ms Sloggett said people wanting to book a session could visit www.arts.unimelb.edu.au/grimwadecentre/engagement/war-heritage-roadshow-2017
