The definition of marriage
AUSTRALIA and other western nations have already been enticed to the final stages of their moral collapse.

In our nation alone, millions of dollars were squandered on this same-sex marriage plebiscite. Regardless of the result, this could soon become legal.
The groundswell of national godless ignorance will assist this scenario.
The Bible teaches how, at the beginning of time, God instituted marriage between man and woman only, but with no options to please this world’s godless humanist inclinations which distort His definition of love and equality.
Other options threaten the perfect divinely established family unit which God uses as the nation’s major pillar.
Many Old Testament Israel people enjoyed this forbidden same-sex relationship and also boasted with no sign of repentance (Isaiah 3:8,9).
God’s prophets described their punishments which soon followed. Since then, severe judgments destroyed other corrupted empires. Our western nations face the same punishment.
The late US General Douglas MacArthur's warning has been quoted as follows: "History fails to record a single precedent in which nations subject to moral decay have not passed into political and economic decline. There has been either a spiritual awakening to overcome the moral lapse, or a progressive deterioration leading to ultimate national disaster.”
Romans 1:20-32 warns that when mankind rebels against God, He turns them over to greater evil for their own destruction. Again in Galatians 6:7, Be not deceived, God is not mocked, for whatsoever a man sows, that shall he also reap.
I understand that our non-Christian neighbours laugh at the western nations and say: “You people plan to make legal that which your God forbids!”

Fundraising success
I AM writing to thank the Wimmera Mail-Times and the Wimmera community for their support of McHappy Day in 2017 – the largest annual fundraiser for Ronald McDonald House Charities.
The Wimmera community helped us celebrate 26 years of McHappy Day and raise a record breaking $4 million for RMHC.
These donations equate to more than 30,000 nights of accommodation at a Ronald McDonald House, ensuring that Aussie families get to stay together while their sick or injured child undergoes treatment.
Throughout the country we saw communities, such as Wimmera residents, help to raise vital funds for RMHC.
We saw local bucket brigades, Scout groups, emergency services as well as sporting and TV personalities visiting McDonald’s restaurants, to help make a difference.
I want to personally say a big thank you to everyone in the Wimmera community, who got involved and made generous donations that helped McHappy Day raise more money than ever before.
Fundraising efforts like this are crucial to helping RMHC continue to expand programs and services to families who need them, as many of the Ronald McDonald Houses across the country have waiting lists, and are unable to accommodate everyone who needs help.
With so many Aussie kids requiring treatment, every donation goes a long way to keep families close together in their toughest times.
You can continue to support families in need by donating to rmhc.org.au all year round.
Thank you again to the Wimmera Mail-Times and the local community for all your help on McHappy Day.
