During the very successful Natimuk Frinj Festival, the society created an exhibition of clothes worn throughout the 20th century. Local families looked through their wardrobes and drawers to help the society present an extensive catalogue, which depicted clothes worn by people through the ages.
Councillor Alethea Gulvin officially opened the event. During her opening speech, Cr Gulvin reminisced about the clothes her mother used to wear and how fashion has come full circle.
For those who missed the exhibition and would like to view (for a gold coin donation) phone, the Arapiles Historical Society on 5387 1215 until the end of November.
