HORSHAM Rural City Council will meet with the Quantong community at a consultation session on November 27.

The session starts at 7.30pm at the Quantong Community Centre.

Mayor Pam Clarke said the session provided residents an opportunity to raise issues and questions with the council.

“We’re looking forward to getting out to Quantong and meeting with the residents there to discuss what council can do to help their community,” she said.

“We know there are some existing issues around the recreation reserve, mobile phone coverage, preparation for fire season, and roads that will be explored on the night.”

“We’d ask that people come prepared with what they want to discuss so that we can make the most of this valuable opportunity.”
