Emergency personnel are still on scene attempting to stabilise a male driver after his truck smashed into a tree on the Donald-Stawell Road about 12pm.
Sergeant Bill Alford said the driver’s injuries were not looking good.
”Once he is stabilised he will be airlifted to the Alfred Hospital,” he said.
Sergeant Alford said the B-double truck hit multiple trees before coming to rest on the side of the major road, 10 kilometres outside of Stawell.
