Riders will leave Main Street, Natimuk with a police escort at 9.30am.
They will travel to Horsham via a scenic route and arrive about 11.30am.
People can ride scooters, motorbikes, sports bikes, cruisers and more.
The riders donate presents and money to the Salvation Army to help spread the Christmas spirit.
Salvation Army officer Major Diane Romari said the Horsham Salvation Army Corps collected the gifts.
“It’s not only toys but it is money as well,” she said.
“We then spend that money on toys.”
Major Romari said she was thankful for the toy ride and all that the participants did for the community.
She said Christmas Eve was distribution day – the day they delivered toys to the families.
The Salvation Army has started its interviewing process for Horsham and the surrounding areas.
“People have started to contact us and make a time for the interview and then choosing a time to choose their toys,” Major Romari said. “As long as the kids get their toys, that’s the main thing.”
Major Romari said the Horsham community was “amazing”.
“We had boxes of donations last year – an amazing contribution from this community and outer areas,” she said. “Employees, companies and families all come into the Salvation Army and drop in toys. In Horsham, people just seem to do it… we never run out, at all.”
