Horsham’s St Brigid’s College student Claire Burke said she was nervous, but confident for a good result.
“I know I have tried my best all year and all I can hope is that my results show that,” she said.
Claire said she hoped to study primary education at the Australian Catholic University.
“I have always loved the thought of being a teacher. I feel like it would be a rewarding job helping people learn and I have always looked up to my teachers,” she said.
St Brigid’s College student Ethan Jolley said he felt positive about his results.
“I am really happy with all my exams and I’ve been getting good marks throughout the year,” he said.
Students who applied for university courses have until noon on December 20 to change their course preferences with first round offers released on January 16.
