A HORSHAM man has died after a car crash near Banyena on Saturday.

Police are still investigating the cause of the collision, which was between a car and a truck on Banyena Road, Banyena, at 5pm.
Emergency services were called to Banyena Road between Banyena Silo Road and Donald-Stawell Road, about 65 kilometres north of Stawell.
The man, 59, was the driver of the car and died at the scene.
A female passenger had serious but non-life threatening injuries.
A Victoria Police statement said the the male driver of the truck was not physically injured.
The driver is now assisting police with inquiries.
“The exact cause of the collision is being investigated and yet to be determined,” the statement said.
“Police will prepare a report for the Coroner.”
