It moved from Hamilton Street to Plumpton Road on April 18 last year.
Director Simon Lynch said the relocation had allowed the business to join its colour selections centre and administration office at the one location.
“We wanted to incorporate all areas of the business into the one location to make it easier for our clients to go through their building process," he said.
“Now we have our colour selections centre and administrative office in one unified location.”
Mr Lynch said the space offered clients an easier process when looking to build a home.

“The major benefit for us is creating that one unified space that clients are familiar with and will complete all parts of the initial building stages in their first appointments – contract signings and selections,” he said.
The move also allowed Hotondo Homes to update its services.
“Our relocation also meant the chance to update colour selections area, which has been a major benefit of the move,” he said.
“With the colour selections there now, customers have the opportunity to take a look through and touch the displays which has given them a much better idea of what they could want in their home.”
Mr Lynch said the current showroom also allowed for future growth.
He said the layout had greatly improved in the new centre.
“Our showroom also has the potential for expansion as the business grows so we can continue to improve our service and offering to local clients,” he said.
“There is a much better layout in the new centre. The additional space has allowed us to really think about how the centre will be used and given us a chance to include more fittings and fixtures for clients to see on display.”
Our clients are definitely feeling a lot more relaxed in the new centre, which is fantastic to see.

While there are a number of benefits to the new location, Mr Lynch said ample parking space for all staff and clients was a huge improvement.
“Our clients are definitely feeling a lot more relaxed in the new centre, which is fantastic to see,” he said.
“They can now spend more time with our staff and do not have to worry about parking fines.”
