Two vehicles collided between Edenhope and Horsham, near the Jilpanger area, in the afternoon.
Paramedics were called to the scene at 1.20pm.
Ambulance Victoria spokesman John Mullen said the paramedics had attended to seven people at the crash site.
Mr Mullen said only four out of the seven people in the car accident were transferred to the Wimmera Base Hospital.
He said the four patients were in a stable condition with minor injuries when received at the hospital.
“The paramedics treated four people. One was a 40-year-old woman who had a knock to the head,” he said.
“There was also a man in his 30s who was treated with lacerations to his arm.
“There were also two primary school-aged children involved in the accident.
“The girl and boy both received arm injuries.”
