Graeme Reddie and captain Lachlan Patching set the win up for the side with the bat before a miserly attack bowled it to the win.
Reddie reached 67 at the top of the order for the Mudlarks while his captain fell just one run short of a half-century.
The pair were the only ones to look in control against the Colts attack which restricted every other batsmen to under twenty as Lubeck-Murtoa was dismissed for 173 in its final over.
Dylan Arnott, 39, was the only Colts batsmen to move past 13 before he was caught off the bowling of Heath Lang.
The Lubeck-Murtoa attack strangled the lineup with every bowler playing their role but it was Lang, 3-15, and Craig Wilson, 3-19, who got the most reward before Colts were all out for 95 in the 34th over.

Grant McRae came close to hitting Jung Tigers to their first B Grade win of the season but his side ultimately fell to a six-run loss against the Horsham Saints.
Seb Dalgleish made a patient 41 for the Saints before contributions from Mark O’Beirne, Brad Sproule and Trent King allowed the side to compile a total of 174 despite Joe Pucek’s 5-25.
McRae looked in control of the game during Jung’s reply. The team worked its way to 123 before he was the fifth wicket to fall.
It was then up to Thomas Sudholz, 27, to lead the lower orders run chase before the tenth wicket fell on the first ball of the final over.
