HORSHAM will welcome a professional tennis coach to the city during the term one school period to help out junior tennis players looking to improve.

Tennis Australia coaching professional Grant O’Callaghan will be heading to the city throughout the next month.

He will hold coaching clinics on three Sundays – February 18, March 4 and March 25.

O’Callaghan has years of coaching experience and currently coaches at Hamilton Lawn.

Juniors will be able to improve their skills in one-on-one private lessons as well as in group lessons.

A professional coaching clinic was originally planned for January to be held by another professional coach, but had to be cancelled at a late stage.

O’Callaghan’s classes will be a welcome boost for junior tennis players in the region, who will be able to focus on improving their technique.

There will also be weekday coaching opportunities throughout term two. For more information on pricing and to book a session, contact Grant on 0417 528 502.
