This means that I am exhausted first thing in the morning, the girls’ lunchboxes are hard to fill, and my children are growing out of their school shoes. Yes, seriously.
Taking our extra-curricular timetable out of the planning stage and putting it into action in real life has been a challenge.
Tuesdays certainly look as though they will be my most caffeine dependant days.
On examining my after school program with a close girlfriend last week, she strongly advised me to never ask my husband to tackle the task on a Tuesday.
With seven different bookings for the girls between 4pm and 8:30pm – that means 14 separate drop off and pick-up times – combined with knowledge of Kym’s recent failure to pick the girls up from school when I was in Melbourne for one day, I think this might be advice well given and best taken.

When she does get her learners permit mid-March, I’m pretty sure she’ll be able to get her hours up by taking to the wheel on Tuesdays.
