The festival, which brought more than 1000 people to the Wimmera in 2017, will run from March 22-25.
Proceeds raised from the four-day event will be donated to the Wimmera Cancer Centre.
Event organiser Lyall Wheaton said the money would go towards equipment for the cancer centre.
He said the organising committee had a goal to raise at least $17500, which was the amount they raised for the project development in 2016.
“One of the main reasons we are supporting the cancer centre like we are is because four people on the Horsham Country Music Festival committee have been affected by cancer,” he said.
“In that, we have lost three people to cancer and there is one survivor still on the committee now.”
A cheque of the proceeds from the festival will be presented to Wimmera Health Care Group chief executive Catherine Morley on the Saturday night at the Horsham Soundshell.
Country music lovers will be treated to the youngest ever performers on the Horsham stage on Saturday afternoon.
Sister and brother Georgia and Lachie McGennisken, 10 and 12 respectively, have secured a 20-minute set for the festival after performing at the busking competition last year.
Mr Wheaton said in the past, the pair have been in high demand in the country music scene.
He said they had produced a CD and performed at the 2017 Mildura Country Music Festival and the 2018 Tamworth Country Music Festival.
Mr Wheaton said he expected a similar number of people to attend the 2018 festival compared with the 2017 festival.
“We might attract slightly more,” he said.
Kiara Rodrigues will return to Horsham for her third consecutive year.
Mr Wheaton said she was a big drawcard for the event, along with Justin Standley.
Bush Ballads will be played on Thursday, tribute songs on Friday, general country music on Saturday and gospel on Sunday.
Tickets for the event range from $15 to $65.
Mr Wheaton said people could go to the Horsham Visitors Information Centre on O’Callaghans Parade or call 1800 633 218 to buy tickets or for more information
