A State Emergency Services spokesman said the woman was working on the ground level when her finger became trapped in a front-end loader pin.
The spokesman said the Nhill SES unit was on site.
“It was a serious, traumatic injury,” he said.
“At 1.18pm she was sent to Horsham to get an X-Ray.”
An Ambulance Victoria spokeswoman said the woman was a teenager and was transported to the Wimmera Base Hospital.
“We weren’t sure if her finger was broken or not,” she said.
