Laharum won the nail biter six sets and 89 games to six sets and 87 games.
St Michael’s started the day with a strong first set win when Shane Bryan and Naomi McConville defeated Reuben Launder and Lisa Sanders 9-4.
Laharum players dealt with the opening set loss well, winning on the next three rubbers.
Tony Sykes and Caroline Geue came away with the biggest set win from the three victories, they defeated Brad Stewart and Natalie Henry 9-2.
St Michael’s drew the day even on sets by the sixth rubber, the team put together two wins with McConville and Courtney Clough winning in a tie breaker.
Laharum players Sykes and Harry Combe secured the teams fourth set win when they took on Stewart and Dave Caulfield 9-5 on the seventh rubber.
Each team secured a win each after that before St Michael’s collected victories on the 10th and 11th rubbers.
Laharum needed to win the final set to play in the grand final.
Lenehan and Debbie Hutchinson stepped onto the court to face off with Clough and Lorinda Baker.
Lenehan and Hutchinson battled valiantly and won in a tie breaker.
Laharum will take on Central Park in the grand final of A Grade, Central Park have played an undefeated season in 2017-18.
Central Park defeated Laharum in the semi-final 8-92 to 4-60.
