Captain Tim Brand said his side was excited to be back in the grand final after finishing the season on top of the ladder.
“It’s pretty exciting to be back,” he said.
“It would be very exciting to go back-to-back after the club hasn’t had too much success lately.”
Brand said his side would have a tough task at the weekend against Rup-Minyip.
“They will definitely be hard to beat and have probably been the team to beat all year,” he said.
“We are hoping for an all-round team performance and we don’t want to rely on any one person. Probably around 150 would be a good total.”
Rup-Minyip’s captain Gavin Young said he was expecting a close encounter.
“I’m expecting it will be a good game,” he said.
“We are one win each when we have played each other this year. If we play well we will be right in it. Quite often this year we have relied on Rodney Weidemann to come in and save us later on in the day and hopefully we won’t need to do that this week.”
Each team will bat for 40 overs, with the match to be played at Horsham College on Sunday from 1pm.
