Emergency services were called to the property on Rainbow-Nhill Road, near Lush Road, just before 10pm.
A Victoria Police spokeswoman said a 31-year-old New South Wales man died at the scene.
The spokeswoman said it was believed that eight people were in a utility vehicle driving through a paddock when it flipped.
The spokeswoman said four males and three females all received minor injuries and were taken to hospital.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesman said among the injured was a primary school aged girl who was taken to Wimmera Base Hospital with back pain.
A woman in her 20s was flown via air ambulance to Bendigo Hospital in a serious but stable condition, with facial abrasions and back pain.
A second female in her 20s was taken to Wimmera Base Hospital with chest and rib pain.
Three teenage males were also transported to Wimmera Base Hospital, one with a leg injury, one with leg and back pain, and one with leg and head pain.
Wimmera Base Hospital confirmed they received six patients, but Ambulance Victoria was unable to confirm the status of the sixth patient.
Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives are attending the scene and the investigation is ongoing.
