The Roos accounted for all but two of their opponents upon their return to the court in 2021, setting the platform for a third-placed finished.
Outgoing A Grade coach Ebonie Salter said despite 2021's uncertainty her squad have relished being on the court together.
"Even though it has been such as uncertain season, I think they have all enjoyed seeing the improvement in our group every week and I think that is a big credit to the players," she said.
"We have spoken about that and we should really proud of ourselves for getting to where we have got to.

"It has all been about adapting.
"There are different ways to do things and I guess adapt to the way we see things. I think that has really benefitted us this year.
It has been challenging to coach and the mental side of things trying to keep the players motivated has been hard."

Even after the Roos finished third on the A Grade ladder in 2019, Salter said the squad had some doubt early in the 2021 season.
"Everyone in the team had some self doubt at the start, but I thought I knew what we were capable of," she said.
"They haven't surprised me with their skill, but they are starting to believe in themselves and that is really good.
"We have focused a lot on off the court things and we have just honed in on that and we have been able to get to know each other as players and as people."
In particular Salter has been impressed with 17 and under sensation Amber McClure, who has "flourished" as a senior player and at times been best on the court even after already playing a game in the morning.
The Roos also had a successful home and away season in other netball grades with the B Grade placing second, the C Reserve in third, 17 and under in fifth and the 13 and under in sixth.
The C Grade and 15 and under sides missed out on spots in the top-six.
